Butter!

Yes that is right, 1CD made butter. We used our muscles to shake a jar of cream and watched it turn into butter. First the children watch a 5 minute video on the History of Butter. Then we looked at an old butter churn. Finally, the children learned first hand how making butter can be challenging. The teachers sampled the butter and reported back to the class that although it looked liked scrambled eggs, it did in fact taste like butter.
